The Brief

Whirlpool are an multinational manufacturer and marketeer of home appliances with a worldwide workforce of 61,000 employees worldwide with over 70% of the workforce in manufacturing and therefore harder to reach. As HSE is such a priority they hold an Integrity week campaign every year to reach out to all employees and remind them what Integrity is and what it means to Whirlpool. Each year they ask Altadicta to support them with this global campaign.

Our Approach

Update the look and feel of the campaign to ensure a new vibrant look and feel. Create posters, posters with QR codes to track the number of scans and collate data, Save the dates for screens and save the date video, yammer posts, feedback cards. Translate and typeset in 19 languages.  Storyboard and animate  a non- retaliation video on Speak up Listen up to be shared with all employees on Day one.
