The Brief

To take the printed version of the ‘Code of Conduct’ and condense it to an 8 page online interactive pdf, then use the content and create an e-learning tool for employees to engage with the Code, making it easy to read, user friendly. The requirement was for the employee to become involved and find out more information regarding the Code.

Our Approach

Working with our copywriter to condense the 20 pagedocument into 8 page on line overview pdf – following look and feel of printed copy.

E-learning tool - Using Articulate we took sections of the Code and created a series questions, some were multiple choice with drag and drop questions mixed throughout the document, more important questions were highlighted around specific conflicts of interest.

Using various scenarios around each section we had a scoring mechanism at the end of the document to reveal how well the employee had done. The e-learningquiz brought the document to life creating a varied and interesting read for the employees.
