The Brief

The aim of the first European PayPal C360 enterprise customer event at the Sky Garden venue in London was to engage attendees and spark interest into the PayPal brand. The concept around the evening focused on accelerating in the new digital economy.

The event provided an optimal chance to educate customers on the ways PayPal can elevate their business capabilities in order to accelerate into the new digital economy. Taking this approach, we had to position PayPal as an ecommerce expert.

Our Approach

To bring this idea to life, we created vertical-specific, interactive experiences that educate users on industry tips and best practices. Each experience included industry-relevant stats to grab attention, as well as language and visuals aligned to the ‘Elevate’ concept to ensure consistency.

In addition, we provided content creation, design and production solutions to the event
