Holcim BOG Video
The Brief
Boots on the Ground (BoG) is Holcim's Heath, Safety and Environment (HSE) workforce engagement program, one of the three strategic directions defined at global level, with the objective to achieve our HSE Zero ambition.
The main tool is BoG app, a mobile application supporting the operations to keep track of field activities. It is developed in house and currently has 15,000 users worldwide.
Following a very successful campaign to promote the app and to reach more users and arouse curiosity Holcim wanted to present the advantages of the app to the senior leadership team. They asked us to create a 5 minute video to be presented at the leadership event
The Solution
We worked with the communications team to write a storyboard outlining the messaging and content. We filmed people in role using the app and talking about the benefits of the app. We then compiled all these elements to create a visually exciting overview of the app and showcased it advantages and successes to date
