That Matter
The Brief
As a result of the global pandemic, companies had to resort to communicating with employees via online communication technology platforms. Video conferencing tools have changed our lives this year like never before. Work-from-home and social distancing policies still in place, it looks like online meetings are to be a feature of our lives for some time to come.
Our Approach
Following the remit, we scoped outside of brand guidelines to create a unique campaign. We created a concept of making this communications campaign similar to Netflix incorporating a similar look and feel using similar icons and navigation. For each of the behaviours we found a movie that related to that behaviour and used a clip to convey the Britvic messaging.
Due to this increase in online communications, Britvic asked us to create an engaging online campaign around ‘Meetings that Matter’. The campaign involved communicating to employees a series of meeting behaviours to engage them in how to prepare for online meetings, how to interact during the meeting and how to engage after the meetings.
We created a series of 10 animations around the 10 behaviours with a shortened version for each category. The campaign proved to be a huge success and led to the creation of additional internal communication campaigns to support the project.
