"Make the Elephant Run" Campaign Wins Big at the 2024 ICE Awards

We are thrilled to announce that our "Make the Elephant Run" campaign has been honoured with two prestigious awards at the 2024 Internal Communications and Engagement Awards. This remarkable achievement includes a silver award for Best Internal Communications Campaign (over 10,000 employees) and a gold award for Best Internal Communications Sector (Healthcare and Pharmaceutical). These accolades are a testament to Altadicta's creativity, innovation, and unwavering dedication to excellence.

A groundbreaking campaign for Bupa - designed and executed by our team of internal engagement experts at Altadicta, Bupa’s “Make the Elephant Run” campaign was an ambitious initiative aimed at re-energising and uniting Bupa’s diverse global workforce. Over an immersive 4-week period, the campaign featured a 360-degree Safari camp platform, incorporating interactive challenges and digital passports. This innovative approach successfully engaged over 21,000 employees, fostering a deeper connection to Bupa’s six strategic pillars: Customer, Transformation, Agile Culture, Growth, Sustainability, and Data.

Key objectives and achievements - the primary objective of the campaign was to increase understanding and engagement with Bupa’s 3x6 strategy among its 82,000-strong global workforce. By integrating AR elements and gamified experiences, Altadicta created a dynamic and engaging environment that sparked widespread enthusiasm and participation. The campaign’s success is evident in its ability to resonate deeply with employees, establishing it as a significant internal communications triumph.
