Altadicta’s Partnership with Surrey Police

Using our research findings, we crafted a clear and compelling Employee Value Proposition that highlights Surrey Police’s unique strengths as an employer. This EVP was designed to resonate with diverse audiences, from potential recruits to long-standing team members, emphasising:

  • Community Impact: The opportunity to make a real difference in Surrey’s communities.

  • Inclusivity: A workplace culture that values diversity and connection.

The accompanying Employer Brand Strategy mapped out key touchpoints in the employee journey, outlining actionable tactics to:

  • Enhance visibility of career opportunities through targeted marketing.

  • Build trust and engagement with underrepresented communities.

  • Embed the EVP across HR, leadership, and communication channel.

Our partnership has provided Surrey Police with a strong foundation for attracting and retaining top talent. The strategies developed are already being implemented, creating a ripple effect within the organization and its recruitment efforts. While the outcomes will continue to unfold, the groundwork is in place for Surrey Police to:
