The Brief

To create a look and feel for the annual IMI Way Day event for employees worldwide. The IMI Way Day involves employees coming together virtually and engaging in the purpose and values of IMI.

Our Approach

To approach this campaign, we designed a new identity for the internal employee engagement campaign. To embed the values and launch the IMI Way Day, we created a host of training collateral in nineteen languages that was distributed worldwide. This including branding the IMI HQ in Birmingham, UK.
