Ordnance Survey Team Effectiveness Toolkit
The Brief
Ordnance Survey is the national mapping agency for GB with 2,000 employees, owned by the UK government and responsible to the Secretary of State for Business. The brief was to create a team effectiveness toolkit to enable and empower OS leaders to build their team awareness and effectiveness and create a team framework to ensure that everyone understood team purpose, priorities and rhythm.
Our Approach
Altadicta worked with the leadership team to understand the strategy and map the journey to allow leaders the freedom to lead their teams in the areas they were not performing. We designed and created an interactive toolkit and created all the team activities and facilitation tools to allow leaders to successfully manage their teams. The journey included explaining to leaders why they needed this toolkit, how to use it and more importantly give them the tools to engage in team activities. Such was the success that we are now creating the Customer Curiosity toolkit.
