Holcim Women in Sales Toolkit
The Brief
Holcim is a Global leader in innovative and sustainable solutions with 65,000 employees globally. Holcim has a Women in Sales program to help increase the representation of females in their sales force. Altadicta were tasked with creating a template that would provide assets to the communications teams that would attract talent, ensure successful onboarding and endure retention and ongoing development.
Our Approach
Altadicta created a campaign strapline to support the Women in Sales programme and then produced an interactive toolkit of assets, templates, visuals, LinkedIn assets, and success stories for the Women in Sales campaigns so that globally all communications, adverts and job descriptions would follow the same format - providing them with a calendar of events so all countries were consistent in their campaign posts. The Women in Sales campaign is now a uniform global campaign used by all communications teams.
