Diageo Code of Conduct and Policies
The Brief
Diageo rolled out a global rebrand to reflect their evolution as a business and an employer. As part of the activation internally, the team wanted to refresh their Code of Conduct and Policies to reflect the new brand. Documents like these can be dry but are fundamental to the company and the employee experience, so the priority was to make these internal assets engaging and easily consumable for employees.
Our Approach
We immersed ourselves in the new brand and talked to employees about what gets. We applied the new brand to the 17 policies, with a focus on creating a human, softer look using the updated colour palette and photography.
