The Brief
Maidstone and Tunbridge NHS Trust presented us with the task of resolving their recruitment needs via launching a marketing campaign to raise awareness of the organisation and the associated benefits of joining the Trust.
Our Approach
We launched an integrated marketing campaign for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust that involved us creating a bespoke attraction and recruitment strategy for the Trust based in Kent.
Our scope of work included developing a marketing strategy for MTW to increase awareness and influence behaviour around applying for a career at the Trust. We developed a detailed social media and PR approach to support the strategy and lead an integrated approach to our campaign.
Additionally, we have launched a national media campaign for MTW on Heart Radio and across the London Underground at Waterloo, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Kings Cross St Pancras.
